1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Drones Marine website or app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the services.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

• Yacht management
• Yacht hull cleaning with ROV
• Yacht charter
• Yacht purchase consultations

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your yacht. Any errors in data may affect the accuracy of our services.

4. Price and Payment

• Prices in Egyptian Pounds
• We accept bank transfers or credit cards
• Full payment required before service starts (except by special agreement)

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Yacht Management: Cancel with 30 days' notice
• Yacht Charter: Cancel 14 days before date (50% refund)
• ROV Cleaning: Cancel 48 hours before appointment

6. Disclaimer

Drones Marine is not responsible for:

• Damage from improper use
• Weather or accidents
• Failure of other electronic equipment

7. Insurance

All services are insured. Details are available when you sign the contract.

8. Licenses and Permits

You are responsible for obtaining all required legal licenses and permits. We assist but do not assume legal responsibility.

9. Minimum Commitment

Some services may require minimum subscription (e.g., 3-month yacht management).

10. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to Egyptian law and Egyptian courts.

11. Changes to Terms
